Healthy eating for weight loss means that you should be drinking six to eight glasses of water every day. Just as your body stores fat for the “lean times,” your body stores water for the “dry times.” If you drink six to eight glasses of water every day, your body will recognize that there are no dry times and will get rid of the excess water that it has stored. Yes, “water weight” does count.

Healthy eating, which means cutting down on the fats and the carbohydrates, will help speed up your metabolism. Speeding up your metabolism means that your body will process the food you give it in a more efficient manner. Simple things like choosing the right foods, cutting down portion size, eating more often and drinking water will provide you healthy weight loss through healthy eating.
