It is not difficult to spot overweight people these days.  There is an alarming increase in the number of obese children as well.  regardless of where people live, their diet, etc., weight can pile on very quickly and a need for healthy weight loss is certainly needed.  If you are in this category, there is a better than strong chance that you can rid the fat for a healthier lifestyle.  Health weight loss is important, however.  Just remember, though the course to better health is long and arduous, it will be a lot less expensive and much easier on you then say diabetes. There is no doubt that weight loss is top-of-mind for many, just look at the number of products offered through infomercials and the Internet.  It seems there is a new guru coming out with his or hers quick fat loss program or pill.  Heck, the FDA has gotten behind in their pursuit of unhealthy products.  This is said not as a deterrent, but as a waning all should have when making the decision to lose weight. Your first course of action is certainly to consult your physician and a dietician before pursuing any diet.  With that said, your best results will come from a natural weight loss program.  Allowing your body to adapt to a healthier diet than simply taking some supplements.  The draw-back to a natural weight loss program is typically the length.  It does take more time, preparation and focus, but maybe that is what we all need. Surgeries, popping pills, fat loss drink shakes nor surgery are typically not part of a healthy weight loss program.  Instead, this type of program focuses on natural, holistic approaches, including sensible diet plans, exercise, etc.  This is not to day that quick fat loss cannot be achieved, but it should not be expected.  Sensible eating, again, is the key, which includes increasing your intake of healthier foods, such as vegetables and fruits.  While this is not a new approach, it is usually overlooked. In this day and age of fast food and fast cars, we just assume a fast diet should do the trick.  Outside of being severely obese where drastic measures would need to be taken, this type of diet is almost fool-proof, if you stick to the plan. Every weight loss journey requires direction and a healthy program. Check out this weight loss program comparison article: EzineArticles Review.

Your look in the mirror for most men and women is how we measure our shape and state of our bodies.  To get to this point, we must work on our shape, not just lose weight.  Healthy weight loss will not just improve your shape, it will help with your overall self-esteem, which is an integral part of life.  The key, as you may have ascertained, is healthy. First, let us discuss what is unhealthy.  You will know an unhealthy diet by watching those that are dieting or have dieted by the yo-yo effect.  Many of these diets come from pill popping and fast fat loss.  Healthy weight loss, on the other hand, involves two of the most outspoken words…diet and exercise. Let us examine the diet… No healthy weight loss plan is complete without a balance of good food intake and aerobic exercise.  Do not let the food-thing fool you, it does not stand for starvation diet.  In many situations, you will actually be increasing your intake.  Nor does such diet mean stripping carbs and fat from your diet, as some diet claim.  Most diets will have you increasing your intake of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains and drink plenty of water.  As always, before you start any regimen, consult your physician and a dietician. Exercise… A close second to your diet is exercise.  Now, I am not asking you to start running 5k’s, just a consistent amount of aerobic exercise.  To help tone and balance, you can certainly through in anaerobic exercise, such as weight training.  Just try possibly walking.  Remember, whatever it is, it should be done  three-plus times per week for 30 minutes or more each time. If walking or running is not your thing, try taking on one of the fitness sessions at your local gym.  Most regional fitness centers have group workouts and trust me, you will not be the only overweight person in the group.  You can also schedule your weight training. If you are still struggling to motivate yourself to get going, it may be time to invest in a personal trainer.  Though Cooper Clinic certified trainers are the best, you should be able to get a qualified trainer at most fitness centers.  You may want to check out your local paper or Internet for small, independent trainers in your area.  You could also check out something like runtofinish. Conclusion I realize it is difficult to see through all the temptations out there using fast fat loss pills, etc., but your best bet is to follow some sort of healthy weight loss program. So, is that birthday cake the reason why our healthy weight loss efforts do not payoff?  The reason instead, is the notion that we can pile on the weight, then expect to simply take it off through some instant, fast fat loss diet.  Sorry, it does not work that way. When those looking to lose the fat have unrealistic weight loss goals, this is known in the industry as the ‘false-hope syndrome’. It is unfortunate to discover through studies, that many dieters who temporarily eat less to lose weight, have their expectations set way too high.  The studies further the disappointment by noting that this level of unrealistic expectations severely increases the chance of dropping out of whatever program they started. Study after study, experts agree that the number one pitfall of any weight loss program, is actually starting a program with expectations too high.  The best way to achieve your healthy weight loss goals is start smaller and set realistic goals. Okay, I know what you are saying…”How then, do I set realistic goals?” Here are 4 basic, sensible steps… Believe it or not, these are not some big, scientific strategies; rather, they are everyday, commonsense tips everyone can relate to, understand and handle. 1. Lose weight slowly Understand that this level is different for each one of us.  Pending on your present weight and healthy condition, you may actually see a lot of weight drop off immediately, while others will see only gradual loss.  Jennifer A. Linde, PhD, assistant professor of epidemiology at the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis recommends setting goals of losing 5-10%. 2. Short term goals In the previous section, we mention 5-10%, but that number does not mean much because that probably is not your long-term goal.  These are milestones.  Having success along the way is much better than simply trying to watch you lose 25, 30 or more pounds. 3. Track your progress Make certain to put on paper, or computer journal, your every move…including the bad days.  Leaving a trail will do two things for you…keep you motivated by continually witnessing successful days and (2), allow you to see where you need improvement. 4. Set and track progress to your long-term goal It is okay to think big, just do not have it as your main focus.  Start small and work towards the end result.  Having an end in mind will keep you on-track. There is an old saying in the weight loss industry and that is…to keep it off permanently, lose it slowly.  This makes sense as it relates to healthy weight loss; losing the fat over time will allow your body to adopt new behaviors, such as eating better and exercising more. Healthy weight loss…what is it?  Would you be surprised if I told you that healthy weight loss is a method of losing weight without jeopardizing your health.  I know, that sounds ridiculous, but it is fact.  We have all heard the FDA warnings and lawsuits surrounding diet pills and such, not to mention starvation diets.  Choosing the right diet plan is critical. There are thousands of weight loss-related products on the market; the industry is in the billions.  It is no surprise to learn then the facts about the weight loss industry, such as 55% of people living in the United States are overweight, with 23% considered obese.  With health insurance on the rise and health status becoming more than simply a social issue, many are panicked to find a fast weight loss answer.  Unfortunately, this approach does not constitute a healthy weight loss program. With most weight loss programs, the initial weight loss is usually attributable to water weight.  This is why most people tend to lose weight quickly, but then plateau and already, start to have doubts.  Unfortunately, you need to stay the course with a healthy weight loss program; stem off the temptation to try some remedy to lose weight fast.  Do not be fooled by something that sounds too good.  Your body is cannot adjust to quick fat loss diets. As you have read in my other articles, weight loss programs our plentiful.  You need to pay attention to what id being offered.  regardless of the results presented, common sense needs to be applied to find the most healthy and appropriate plan for you. Being overweight is certainly not healthy, but this process can be just as unhealthy if you lose too much weight, lose it too quickly or use methods that are questionable at best.  Again, as with any program or discussion, consult your physician before starting any weight loss program or taking any supplements. More and more folks are searching for ways towards rapid healthy weight loss. The reasons are numerous. But they stem mainly from getting impatient and/or getting lazy. This is just a part of human nature. Yet, we also want to do so without killing ourselves with something unhealthy.

Except for the desire to be healthy, these may appear to be as unwanted traits. After all, we have been drilled into thinking that patience is the key and that if we want to lose weight, well then we have to get off our butts and start exercising.

But then why are several folks out there that can lose lots of weight EVEN after those same folks try other methods that didn’t help?

To understand this we need to acknowledge some rules of thought:

1) It is NOT impossible to lose 8-15 pounds in two weeks, and KEEP losing weight after that, and in the process become MORE healthy. This is contrary to some weight loss plans that are effective at losing weight, but lead to unwanted side effects (e.g. high cholesterol, etc.).

2) You do NOT have to resort to some sort of fad, medicine OR surgical procedure. Stay from those. Also you don’t have to resort to “secret recipes”.

3) You do NOT have to resort to exercise AT ALL to lose weight. Sure you should exercise for health purposes (walking is a great start if haven’t been already). But you shouldn’t exercise like that for the sole purpose of losing weight (if you do you’ll be sorry! But didn’t you know that – especially after trying already?)

4) It is not necessary to cut down your calories to lose weight. Some low calorie foods that are unhealthy can actually make you gain weight whereas there are some foods have more calories that can help you lose weight. The necessity on the other hand lies in WHAT foods you eat.

5) Candida or colon cleanses are helpful but are not required to lose weight safely and quickly. However, they are healthy if done properly. Personally, although I have done colon cleanses, I have never done a Candida one. The process looked too rigorous involving too much discipline. Thank goodness you don’t need to do that to safely lose weight!

Conversely, instead of relying on the above, what you need to do is follow some simple procedures that you can apply at home with food that can be easily bought at your nearest store.

With a rapid healthy weight loss program such as the one you can get access to HERE, it is now getting to be reasonably possible to lose anywhere between 8 and 15 pounds in the first two weeks.

It is no longer the consensus that you need to lose three pounds per week in order to obtain a “realistic” goal. Losing 8 to 15 pounds is entirely realistic and does not resort to “hocus pocus” methods of weight loss.

When someone originally told me this before I lost 20 pounds in one month, I would have said, “oh, easy for you to say, not everyone can experience that type of weight loss.” This is one case where I am happy to say that I was wrong.

Now I now that it is obviously possible. The good thing about losing weight is that you do not have to resort to medical pills, or, even worse, surgical procedures. These can kill you, or at the very least, lead to unwanted side effects.

The secret is not to cut down your carbs. Or fats. Or proteins. Or even boost you exercise. On the contrary, you can lose 8-15 pounds in two weeks without even exercising for one second provided that you make some modification to your diets. Not expensive really.

So, to summarize, it is possible to obtain rapid healthy weight loss without resorting to ill-fated short-cuts or fads that won’t work, or to follow an exercise routine. All you have to do is make simple changes to the carbs, proteins, and fats in your diet. Patrick C. Martinez is an expert in the weight loss industry. A once overweight individual himself, he was able to lose 35 pounds in only 4 months. For details on how you can achieve the same, consult: www.iweightpro.comWP Robot Wordpress Autoposter

If you are looking for a rapid healthy weight loss system, you need to find one that will also promote a more permanent form of losing weight as well. After all, what’s the point of losing all that weight if you have to gain it all back – and more? The best rapid healthy weight loss system would have to come from a host of trained professionals, like a dietician or nutritionist or even your local GP – plus an exercise trainer. Subscribing to the new fad diets without consulting your doctor is the biggest mistake you can make. These diets work on a hit-or-miss principle, and very often misses the mark altogether. Also, punishing yourself with an unsupervised workout routine can only alleviate your hunger pangs and food deprivations. This will make you want to eat more at the end of such routines.
Besides, diet fads and unsupervised workouts usually work on a very temporary basis. You may lose weight fast in as short as two weeks, but start gaining weight as soon as you leave off the program. And it is true: most people do leave this kind of program because the diet and exercise regimen are too constricting, too much to handle on a permanent basis. In many instances where there is rapid weight loss, the internal organs suffer from malnutrition and muscles deteriorate as well.
So what is the best rapid healthy weight loss system? The best rapid healthy weight loss system is the one that is specially created to your specific health requirements, diet needs and physical level.
Try to ask the trained your dietician or nutritionist as to what diet plan you could subscribe to that is based on natural foods. This is the fastest way to actually shed off the pounds without gaining more. Fresh produce is always the best and these include fruits, vegetables, and farm produce. Steer clear of all kinds of pre-packed food meals, especially the diet meals and those nasty protein shakes. You could very well translate these as high in carbs (in the form of extenders and preservatives) salt and sugar – the three elements that make you feel hungry at all times.
Also, try to incorporate fat burning natural foods into your diet to promote rapid healthy weight loss. Some of these foods include green tea and peppers (bell peppers, jalapeño, chili powder) that create “internal heat” that helps burn off the calories faster. Fiber rich food like apples, asparagus and papaya are also essential in detoxifying your body.
You should also include in your rapid healthy weight loss system a personalized exercise regimen. Depending on your current physical state, your exercise trainer should be able to give you a workout that you can do on your own – and that both of you know that you will continue to do so.
And to help you keep to your rapid healthy weight loss program, you could always seek encouragement and advice with the numerous online weight loss support groups. You could always raise your concerns here and be filled in with people who are almost in the same situation as you are right now.
